Côte d’Azur Restorative Body Crème

This body crème by Oribe Côte d’Azur is luxurious! It's thick and creamy. The fragrance has a woodsy smell with a hint of pears. I am pleased! 10/10

Oribe’s body wash is a great feeling and smelling product. The blend lathers up nicely and really helps lock moisture into the skin. The scent is strong enough to last after showering. Cote d'Azur is a bright fragrance. It starts right off with the cheerful citrus notes of bergamot, layered over the warm earthiness of sandalwood. It’s a mature scent that is also quite gender-neutral. This is a pricier body wash. However, if you like Oribe’s fragrance lines you’ll want to have the matching lotion to fully complement the scent of your hair and perfume. It’s a perfectly lovely product.

This Oribe Cote d’Azur Restorative Body Crème goes on so smoothly. I love that it rubbed into my skin really easily and has a good scent that’s not too overpowering. Pretty bottle. Pump is confusing to figure out at first.

This product is great. I'm not the hugest fan of the smell, but the quality of the product is really nice and the creme goes on very smooth. It's on the pricey side but I'd maybe try a different scent.

Ok so I bought this body crème specifically for the smell only because to be honest, it should not be called a body cream. It should be called a body lotion, because it’s not so creamy it moisturizes only after putting it on it then dries and disappears so I only use it on top of a regular unscented crème for the wonderful smell the smell is to me very clean fresh soapy citrusy it’s like jumping out a fresh shower it’s just a clean scent and just so you know it’s not cheap in my opinion you pay $65 plus tax it comes out to almost $72 for only 10oz it smells really good but I’m sure somewhere out there you can find a similar smell but I was on vacation and I fell in love with the scent so I even bought the perfume

I’ll enjoy what I have but I won’t repurchase. Personally I had a few issues with this lotion. I found it too greasy, and not greasy in a bad sense but it left my skin with a slideyness I don’t enjoy. It make sense since the ingredient makeup is loaded with oils, and hydration products, but it’s just too much for me. It wouldn’t be something I could put on before going out. The smell isn’t horrible, but it’s incredibly obvious it’s made with scents that were for signature haircare products first. It’s like walking into a high end salon. I can smell the jasmine most even though it’s not a top note. The sandalwood and Amber are also pretty prevalent. They describe the top notes as “lemon, black currant, bergamot, and orange”, I feel as though the lemon is there and maybe the bergamot but I personally told smell the top notes as much as the other later scents. I do believe that it hydrated my skin and it’s something I will continue to use, but it’s definitely something I will only use at night before getting in bed, to combat the slime effect I feel after. I mean I was slick for at least half a hour after application; 1/2 pump for each extremity.

This product felt great on my skin! It was perfectly paired with the body wash. I will say the scent is very strong. The packaging is nice and I like the pump that it has. I can’t get over how smooth it made my skin feel. I will probably check out the other scents to see if they are as overpowering as this one. It is on the pricier end which is something I would expect with a concentrated product such as this (a little goes a long way). Overall 4/5 stars from me. Just wish the scent wasn’t as over powering.

I was absolutely in the scent of this product. I was hoping when I tried out their shampoo originally that they would come out with a body wash and a body cream. Lo and behold they finally did after waiting so patiently and it’s everything that I wish I could have been it leaves your skin, super soft and super hydrated and leaves the most luxurious scent on your skin  that you will probably ever smell. I will be repeatedly buying this until they discontinue it which I really hope that they never do.
