I have wavy hair and i really enjoyed using this product after showering. With having wavy hair, my hair can get tangly pretty fast and this product detangles my hair very well. I like to use it right out of the shower, spray it on my hair and then brush it out and my hair brushes right through. It is also a good heat protectant. My hair has felt healthier since using it. Definitely recommend!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review and I am so glad I did! An instant staple in my routine. I surf and am frequently in the water and have tried an array of detangling products. This one is definitely good and in my opinion worth the price tag. I haven’t always loved all of the Oribe products but this one works well. I also like to spray it on my dry hair before a workout

In my opinion since I have natural type 4 hair, this product is not for me. First thing I did not like is that it’s in a spray & not a pump, the bottle got really slippery from constantly trying to spray it out & since I have natural curly type 4B/c natural hair, I need a lot of products & spraying this over & over took some time, it had a very pleasant smell I must say but as I applied the product on my hair I didn’t feel it really moisturizing my hair, it did dampen it & I detangled with a brush the best I could but in my opinion it wasn’t moisturizing for my type of hair & since I have products geared towards my natural type of hair, this product honestly I will not pick up unless I just want to use it up. If influenster & the brand did not pick me for this campaign I wouldn’t have purchased this myself. If you have straighter hair or have type 3 natural hair I think it would work best for you.

I liked this product but I wasn’t in love with it. While I know it is a detangling primer, I felt that the priming aspect made it feel a little tacky in my hair especially when it was dry. When my hair is wet I do not experience this, however, I do have other detanglers and heat protectants that have a better texture. I didn’t hate it and I will use it, but it’s not my favorite.

I have basically switched all my hair care products to oribe just because it actually has changed my hair and it noticeably different than other products I’ve tried.
This detangler is very nice, has a good smell and I love for styling. However, not one of my top oribe products. I prefer the royal blow out spray for styling. Still love this though. Good for thick, dry hair.

I received the Oribe Run Through Detangling Primer for free from Influenster to review and let me just say it is amazing! I can definitely tell a difference in my hair. It feels healthier and much softer! I will be purchasing once this runs out. The packaging is very sleek and nice. Can’t think of any negatives of this product. I would highly recommend to all!

First off, the smell of this product is devine! It smells like I just got my hair done at the salon! This Run-Through Primer is amazing for after the shower when you need to brush your hair! This really gets the tangles out of your hair and leaves your hair looking shiny and healthy. I will 100% be re-purchasing this product as it has become a necessity!!!

So this product has a very milky consistency. Almost like a lotion. I appreciate this product is in a pump. You out it on your hand and you start at your root and apply the product downwards. I like that it’s light weight and leaves the strand silky and soft.
Con: If i dint continue to use it, the product on the pump will get stuck.

I received this item as a free sample from Influenster. It works amazingly! I always get knots in my hair and with this detangling primer, the brush glides right through my hair. It also smells so good. My husband loves how my hair smells after using it. I definitely recommend it and will most likely purchase this product for myself.

I have a lot of thick hair that I need to brush often and this product has a noticeable difference on my hair. I spray this over the length of my hair when it’s wet and a wide tooth comb leaves my hair smooth. Usually it’s a chore to comb through all of my hair but this product makes it so easy. It’s also a great heat protectant.

This primer was immediately effective, very use to use with the spray bottle. My hair feels so soft and healthy using this product. It’s helped my hair from being tangled, and adds softness and shine. Plus it smells amazing, it leaves you’re hair smelling great all day. I will repurchase this and make it a staple in my routine!

Run-through detangling primer

I really wanted to love this product because Oribe has such amazing hair products, but sadly the Run-through detangling primer just didn’t work for my hair at all. I have very fine hair that gets extremely tangled when washed and even throughout the day. I have to spray my hair multiple times with the Run-through detangling prime more than I should for the product to somewhat work. I found more affordable detangling products that work way better than this one. This is one product I will not be purchasing again.

I received this product for free from influenster and oribe in exchange for my honest review, the product definitely makes the hair softer and way easier to detangle, the scent is nice, and it also provides protection to heat, so you can use it before styling your hair, it is also not heavy on your hair. I’ll recommend.

I absolutely loved this detangling primer. For someone who’s hair tends to get tangled pretty easy this product was absolutely amazing I didn’t struggle at all to brush my hair out after using it and the smell didn’t give me a headache. I absolutely would use this again one of the best detangling products I have used!

As someone who’s hair gets longer extremely knotted out of the shower, this product made combing through it so much less painful! Not to mention, the packaging itself is beautiful and luxurious. The smell is so wonderful and fresh, not too overpowering! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to try a new detangler!

I usually struggle with brushing through my hair after a shower. I started using this and noticed such a difference. With a couple spays from my roots to ends my brush seamlessly combs through. I can tell my hair has more of a shine and healthier look after using only twice. Definitely one of my top favorites!

I’m always in the search for detangling products because my hair gets all tangled and knotted so easily! Especially after I shower and wash my hair. This worked amazingly! I had to brush through my hair way less and it didn’t even pull or tug! I would definitely recommend this to people with thick hair like me

It's hard to impress me with detanglers. With thick, curly hair I've tried everything out there. They used this on me to brush my hair at the salon, and I was HOOKED. I will use this indefinitely. My hair brushes out so easily, and it leaves my hair feeling silky and soft. What an amazing product! Go Oribe.

It gets the job done. Doesn’t leave greasy or make your hair feel heavy. I put it on after showering and blow dry my hair to make it easier to comb. The only minus is I don’t like the smell. Not something crazy or unbearable but would definitely suggest the brand working on a better sense for hair product.

I have a dry hair because I have highlights, then my hair needs detangle every day…
I used it this product after washing my hair, is easy to apply, good smell, but for really detangling needs more product and the texture in my hair looks heavy and a little oily.
It’s good just for normal hair I suppose.

I didn’t notice a significant difference when brushing through my hair after using this product, until I applied a more generous amount. I love the scent and it’s a great initial product to use right after a shower. However, I do wish it had added heat protection benefits, especially for the price point

I been using this product for a month now and it’s the best thing I’ve used on my hair , the detalinging primer has work wonders on my curly hair . As you can see in the picture that’s my hair right after I shower and the other side is all brushed and with the detalinging primer . Loveeeeddd 1000/10

This was a great detangler!! And as an added plus it smelled SO GOOD! I would definitely spend the money and get this, you won’t regret it. You get a good amount of product for the price. You can tell it’s luxury because the bottle itself is pretty heavy, so lots of product packed into the bottle!

Being a licensed hair stylist I have gone through my fair share of testing out products I want to use in my salon and Oribe has always been at the top of my list! This detangler smells like a dream (just like all of their products) and let’s a wet brush fly through your hair with no problems!

I absolutely love the Oribe Run-Through Detangling Primer. Works wonders even though we all have different hair textures. From the one whose hair easily tangles (it easily assists to detangle), to the one who has naturally wavy hair. This Primer softens, detangles, and adds moisture.

I usually skip this step of my hair routine, I never noticed any leave on conditioner really changed anything. But this one did! My hair feels much healthier and smoother, it was easy to comb and style though usually it’s quite stubborn.

I got this for free and in return I give my honest review. This product makes my hair so soft after I use it, and it does help tangles come out easier. The only thing is that it is very strongly scented, so if you don’t like scented products the smell might overwhelm you.

I love the scent! Very fresh elegant scent. Not too strong. Perfect for styling hair, I ran it through my damp hair before using a roller dryer in it. Left my hair shiny, soft, and smelling incredible. Really amazing. I will certainly be adding it into my hair routine!

I had some knots in my hair when I got out of the shower. I sprayed some detalinging primer in my hair let sit for a few minutes. I brushed it out I was surprised how my hair was so easy to handle and smelled amazing. I tried it in my daughter’s hair and loves it too.
