I used this on my damp hair and blew dry my hair. This is supposed to act as a heat protector and add volume. It did help my hair with volume but I felt like it left it drier than usual. It had a nice light scent that doesn’t linger.

I’ve tried a lot of volumizing and texturizing hair sprays and serums but this one may be my favorite. It has a light scent that fades, and sprays pretty evenly though I prefer to spray in my hands and comb the product through. It makes my hair smooth and voluminous without making it frizzy or weight down. It’s hard to explain the texture, it almost feels sticky but it’s not upon application. It doesn’t make my hair feel greasier and does not need to be used with heat to work. I like using this on second or third day hair to really give my hair extra oomph. Highly recommend!

I've got really fine, flat hair with zero volume. Oribe Maximista Thickening Spray not only gave my hair the volume I'm always after but also made it look thicker and kept my style intact. The packaging is stunning, and the scent is just amazing.
The instructions recommend applying the spray on damp hair from roots to tips and blow drying as usual. I did face a slight issue as the product made my damp hair feel sticky and caused some tangling while blow drying. However, after blow drying, I didn't experience any other problems. In fact, I woke up the next day with voluminous hair that still smelled amazing.
This body-building spray visibly gives your hair volume and thickness and holds your style for a long time, while providing protection against heat and UV rays. It's suitable for straight, wavy, and curly hair textures and fine, medium, and thick hair types. Considering all of that, I believe this spray is definitely worth the investment. I even received compliments on how great my hair smelled. I'd absolutely recommend this product to my family and friends.

Like all Oribe products, this smells like expensive perfume, always love that! I was excited to receive a travel size bottle to test, but my hair is already fairly thick - so I don't really have a need for this.

I have fine hair and often look for products that will help with volume. I applied on damp hair and dried. It has a fine light spray and added volume and heat protection was a plus! My hair smelled great.

It is easy to travel with it because it has the perfect size. It leaves my hair super shinning and beautiful curls. I do my curls with the Dyson but the fall so fast with this product they stay longer.

I have long, thick hair naturally and this spray is a GAME CHANGER for cutting down blowdry time. It takes me less than 10 minutes to complete a full blowout with a round brush after spraying this all over. I also add a bit of heat protectant oil on my ends prior to blowdrying and the combo is chefs kiss! The scent is lovely, like all Oribe products, This spray is super light and disperses well, provides heat protection which really sums up all the things I love about a hair product. It also lasts forever. I use this at least once a week and I’ve had it since 2021 (and am just now reaching the bottom of the bottle in 2024). Amazing!

My hairs are naturally very straight and getting a short haircut made it look very less in volume. I love that this is so lightweight and can be used immediately after hair wash in wet hair and the heat activated it and gives some volume to my hairs. As you can see from the picture attached one side is pretty flat but the other side was styled using this and definitely looks fuller and neat. No crunch feeling in the hair and that’s the best. I love sample sizes of hair products so I can see what I really like before committing to the full size. This Oribe maximista thickening spray is one I would purchase in full size.
After applying a few sprays to my damp hair and blow drying, I noticed my hair feels thicker with some nice volume.
It’s great because it doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave it feeling greasy, And it’s always nice when my hair products have a great scent!!
It’s a little pricey for some spray but when you find something that works for you, price just doesn’t matter

this product definitely works! i spray it generously on my wet hair after a shower prior to blow drying and styling, and it really gives significant volume and fullness compared to not using it. this isn’t something you can use and go another 4-5 days without washing your hair as it does feel a little heavy. i don’t blow dry/style my hair often, i generally let it air dry, so this isn’t something i will use frequently, but definitely helps when i do. the bottle is cute and the smell is salon quality.

I have natural 4a/4b hair that had started to thin on top with age. I thought this might do the trick to give me some volume in my curls and make it look a bit fuller. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I think it's best for straighter textures of hair. As a heat protectant vote. I did think it did the trick so I will continue to use the sample for that purpose. I can't say it's a bad product. It just wasn't for me, so I'd hate to discourage others from giving it a try..

I’ve recently gotten more interested into voluminous hair products. I used to hate adding and volume to my hair, but I’ve had thinning hair since I’ve gotten older, so I need some volume to help. This works really well at adding volume to my hair! It is expensive, but I feel like this brand is worth the price tag. The scent is also fantastic! It smells and feels like luxury. The smell is fine but I can smell mix of strong alcohol also. It really helps my hair has a look of thickening and shine and boost my hair look fullness. If your your skin is oily type, this product is not for you at all. If your hair really thin, it will help somehow to make it look thicker. This product only helps for your hair thickened, you will also additionally need hair spray to style your hair. It is not extraordinary product but you can try to see it works for your hair.
