I always use a heat protection spray before blow drying or using any hot tools so I was excited to try this product. My first time trying anything from Oribe. The spray smells so nice and the packaging is sleek. I like that it sprays a fine mist my hair feels soft afterwards. I can’t say that I would purchase this on my own since my go-to spray is ~$7, but I’m definitely going to continue to use this and who knows, maybe I’ll be hooked enough to buy it. My hair feels protected and soft still! Doesn’t feel tacky or greasy to my hair! It helped tame the frizz in my curls and smooth them out as well! Even with curling iron I felt my hair look more healthier and not overly dry with curling even with the flat iron my hair had more shine and looked less damaged especially at the ends! I like it can take high heat’s and has UV protection and no harm to animals! Very nice product definitely recommend!

I have loved this brand as long as I can remember, and was beyond excited when I was able to get a free sample from them. While this is a luxury brand, I am sad that it comes with a luxury price. This is a beautifully packaged 250ml can of heat protectant spray. The instruction state to shake and spray onto dry hair to instantly condition and protect hair from hot tools up to 450°F. The smell of the spray is intoxicating. It is a luxuriously rich scent. I don’t feel that I noticed a change in the conditioning part of their claim. However, I do feel like this is a good heat protectant. I will say that I am guilty of spraying it in my hair just so I can wear that lovely scent all day long.

It adds a gorgeous shine to my hair and it can go on wet or dry hair which I love, because I usually style my hair when it’s been air dried. I sometimes use a blow dryer but either way this product protects the hair from heat damage. The spray is a fine mist and the scent is beautiful. I actually have gotten compliments on how my hair smells with this product. I would definitely recommend this product, it doesn’t change the texture of my hair in a bad way and I can tell my hair is softer when I use this as well. Love this!

I have never known about Oribe products before and I'm so glad to be introduced to it now! This is my first time ever using a dry spray as well. Gold lust dry heat protection spray has been the lifesaver I needed, especially living in Texas!It smells so elegant, sprays evenly and is finally a dry spray... not wet like most. So you spray this on DRY HAIR! it also has instant conditioning properties to help maintain healthy hair and smooth out my frizz immediately!!!! it's a high quality product that I'll forever be a customer to. Since I have very curly hair, I often use a round brush to blow dry my hair straight, then follow up with a straightener or curling iron to style. Heat protection is essential to me, and I love having a dry spray I can use in between steps. This is a nicely scented product—floral and not too strong—that sprays finely and evenly. It allows me to use heat to do some quick restyling without worrying about ruining my blow out. Finally, it also seemed to provide some nourishing and conditioning, as my hair seemed modestly less frizzy. Overall, it’s a nice product that I will continue to use. Gifted by Influenster.

Some products need to be used for an extended amount of time to see their benefits and I believe a heat protectant is one of those. What I did notice with the Oribe Gold Lust Dry Heat Protection spray is it took a little more time getting my hair to straighten. Which shows it was doing its job! The scent is amazing! I can’t stress that enough. I see this being used not only for the heat protection, but also for freshening hair for an amazing scent.
