Côte d’Azur Restorative Body Crème

I am so glad you emailed me this because I have emailed Oribe twice now about the sour smell that this cream is giving me. I was thinking maybe it’s bad because none of my products with this fragrance (body oil, hair oil, body perfume spray, shampoo, and body wash. If I could get some help with resolving this issue I would appreciate it.

The scent is rather overwhelming. That being said, the body creme fragrance is more subtle than the body wash fragrance, but used together they make the fragrance last throughout the day. That being said, I'm not a huge fan of the fragrance itself which is very floral. Some people may enjoy that, but it's not for me. As far as moisturizing qualities, this creme is nice. It's lightweight, but does nicely hydrate your skin. My skin tends to be sensitive and I didn't experience any issues despite the heavy fragrance.

This product gives a luxurious vibe the second you look at it. The amber tones make this lotion look impeccable. The pump on the bottles isn’t the best but the formula has such a nostalgic smell. It reminds me of flipping through a Vogue Magazine as a kid while the aroma of dozens of perfumes swirled around me. I didn’t find this scent to be masculine of feminine because of the androgyny of the fragrance. This would be a great gift for someone who deserves to pamper themselves.

Disappointed that Cote Azure does not have the same scent anymore- this is the third purchase that it has not met expectations.

With winter season just ending my skin was dry and nothing seemed to help. I had ran out of my Oribe and with recovering from a pandemic economy, I hadn’t been able to order. When I decided it was time to stop with wasting money on products that weren’t doing a thing for my skin - and go back to my favorite Oribe product, I was quickly reminded of how worth it is. My skin is soft, moisturized and smells good all day. I feel like my skin is healthy again. Thank you Oribe!

The lotion itself is great. Moisturizing, a little goes a LONG WAY! However the scent, while nice, was just way too strong for me. I used a little on my hands (and arms because as I said a little goes a long way) but even that small amount of body coverage overpowered my senses. I couldn't imagine using this on my whole body. However! If you add a small dab to pulse points it makes a pretty decent creme perfume 😂. This is the reason it gets 3 stars.

I recently tried the Côte d'Azur Restorative Body Crème and I'm impressed with the results. After using it, my skin feels incredibly hydrated and smooth. Ok. Literally the smoothest my skin has felt. Yes I received this free from Influenster for a review, and this isn’t me lying. The SOFTEST my skin has felt. I usually use bath and body works or Victoria secret lotion.. but this really shows how much I’ve been missing out on what lotion SHOULD BE. I don’t want to go back. The smell is clean, reminds me of a massage place with the oil scent/lotions they use. It’s AMAZING

Aside from the amazing packaging of the container which I plan on reusing in the future this product was really great. I felt super moisturized after putting it on. I have very dry skin and this work great for me be my skin felt so smooth. I love that the crème didn’t have me feeling super oily. I would definitely buy this product again and I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to try it through Influenster.

The new formulation is thin (runny) and of obviously lower quality. It sits on the skin and feels tacky. It used to sink into the skin and feel greaseless and deeply moisturizing. Now, it’s akin to Crisco. The packaging is also terrible. Pumps are a horrible way to deliver a moisturizer, because you can never get all of the product and they’re messy. The tub was perfect and you never lost a precious drop.

All around amazing. The smell is luxurious and stays on the skin without drying the skin or being oily and leaving a subtle kissed smell. Pairs great with the body wash in the same scent without being over powering. I’m just in love with this. I have never purchased something like this for myself and i would so indulge again for this treat to my skin.

I don’t know if it’s restorative but it smells amazing and layers well with my perfume. I wear Le Labo Another 13 and these two are amazing together. It’s hydrating and I’m contemplating repurchasing and justifying the price for a lotion. The scent also lasts all day but I recommend putting it on right after the shower so it can soak into the skin.

I have never tried anything from Oribe before so I was excited to try these with this Influenster campaign. The notes for this creme are very rich and slightly warm. I’m getting a little woodsy scent too but nothing too strong. It smells great and I’ve received a few compliments when wearing it which is nice.

It’s hard to find a lotion that is lightweight but extremely moisturizing, but Oribe did it! The smell is so layered and luxurious and it makes my skin look luminescent. I wash my hands all day at work and this lotion replenishes like nothing else. Everything Oribe is the best.

I absolutely loved this .. it smells like you're at the beach! I use just enough to fit in my palm ! You really don't need to use much at all ! I just cannot believe how good of a product this is ! It's like heaven ! You pay for what you get and it's a GREAT feeling as well!

I have used this since it first came out and I use this twice a day and love the smell - however - the new formulation is much thinner and doesn't do as good of a job of truly moisturizing my dry skin. I really wish you'd go back to the thicker formulation in the tubs.

I loved using this product for date night. It’s a bit of a strong smell that lasts for a while. I wouldn’t use this every day, as it can be a little overpowering. My skin feels hydrated and supple after use and does not have a greasy feel. I would recommend.

Received for free from Influenster, the Oribe Côte d'Azur body cream is an absolute indulgence! Luxurious texture, divine scent with French Riviera hints. Hydrates without greasy residue, worth the investment. Highly recommend for a little piece of paradise.

I like the consistency of this product, it has a very strong perfume type scent though so you may want to be careful if you don’t like to have a strong scent on. I wish the pump was a little better as well, I felt like it was hard for me to get product out.

I very much enjoyed this lotion. It smells amazing! The smell can be a bit strong but a little goes a long way. It left my skin feeling very very soft and smooth. I got lots of compliments on how it smells. Just don't overdo it and apply too much!

The creme feels luxurious and high end. It smells great and doea a great job BUT the pump on it is awful and slow. Bottle needs changed with a new pump. Overall would use again it definitely does a great job and i love that it feela high Quality.

I love this body cream except that it takes forever to soak in(even when my legs are super dry, which is pretty much all the time). I feel like the absorbtion inhibits th effectiveness. If it would soak in faster, it would be more effective.

As usual with Oribe products, the fragrance is delightful. Unfortunately, though, the cream itself is not particularly moisturizing and is more on the watery side, than the rich side. I would not purchase this again.

Smells amazing! And it’s very hydrating and left me feeling smooth and soft. The scent last all day. I had multiple compliments about the perfume I was wearing they we’re surprised when I told him it was my lotion!

It goes on easy and absorbs nicely. The scent is nice until it’s applied. After that, it almost smells like dirt. The moisture seems to stay for a decent time but I would not purchase due to the scent alone.

Again, absolute luxury product but not so subtle. This is definitely an in your face type of scent but then again all of Oribe’s products are that way so I wouldn’t expect anything less from a body product.

This stuff is beautiful. My skin feels so clean! Don't use much, little goes a long way. And certainly need this little bottle to last a few months. I mix with Keri lotion after shower. Wonderful scent!
