Run-Through Detangling Primer

Oribe and Influenster have graciously gifted me one of the best hair detanglers of 2022-2023. Oribe does not disappoint. Let's first admire the luxurious, beautiful Oribe packaging. Thankfully, Oribe's proprietary detangling oil blend contains wheat amino acids to fortify the bonds of your hair. To double down on moisturization, I love using Oribe Supershine Moisturizing Cream after I spritz this detangling beauty. Even without the Supershine, the detangler alone leaves hair frizz-free and as the name suggests, detangled. I have colored, damaged hair so my hair is prone to looking like a bird nest. With this product, I'm amazed how my hair is knotless at the end of the day. Life-changing, I know. As for the scent, it's very similar to the Supershine, but not quite the same. This detangler’s oil blend features pomegranate, apricot, and coconut oils. It's refreshing to be experiencing a different fragrance profile as the beauty industry heavily markets only coconut scented products. I received this product from #influester with promise of a honest review. I have curly hair so I don’t usually use a Tangler. But when I blow out my hair, it’s really important that my hair is sleek and doesn’t have any nots. are uses, and my hair was instantly smooth and the smell was amazing. I could not stop smelling my hair all day. It’s definitely on more of an expensive aside for a hair product but if you’re definitely willing to make the purchase, I would definitely recommend it. I heard the serum from Oribe is supposed to be really good as well.

I always struggled with tangled hair and usually would need to tug on it to get the tangle off, however with this product I was able to detangle my hair more easier and tug free. This product has a fresh scent to it which I also liked. I was able to brush through my curly hair smoothly after using this product. I would recommend this product if you get tangled hair on the usual like myself. I will be buying this product after seeing how good it detangles hair.

This product was definitely an experience! I love it and I want more! If you want to spoil yourself, this is definitely a product that will help you do just that. I mean from the unboxing all the way down to the use was pure luxury and seduction. I wear lace front wigs a lot and typically when washing them they tend to get tangled and matted, but Oribe brought that to a stop! The product was rich creamy and light, and it smells absolutely amazing! It also left my hair with a beautiful shine. This is definitely not your average detangler I felt like I was on a date with a rich man, if you don’t believe me try it for yourself!

This is one of my favorite products sent to me from influenster to date! First off, the packaging and smell of this product are to DIE for, and this did an incredible job of detangling my hair with minimum breakage. Previously I would use water and conditioner as a detangler and it would take 10-15 minutes to do my whole head, however now I sprayed the Oribe Detangler on my hair from the bottom up and it took me less than 5 minutes on day 4 hair, I’m so impressed with this product. Thank you influenster!

First off packaging: heavy and luxurious, and cute like they paid attention to detail. With a repunzel inspired inspired logo on the top of the bottle and the instructions on the back; sweet and simple. 2nd = product: for $39 you get 5.9 FL oz which I don’t think is bad compared to other hair styling brands at Sephora like living proof which offers products at same price. 3rd of all: the actual spray: at first it when sprayed it came out like a styling cream thick consistency but in a spray bottle and smells just like the living proof styling cream: a light floral scent. Result: after 3 sprays directly on my hair it felt silky, gave no resistance to my hair brush and felt really soft It was a good experience overall I’d definitely pay for this product and I recommend it 5/5 Disclaimer:*incentivized*

First thing to note is this product smells amazing. I have very thick hair that tends to knot easily and this made it easier to comb though but it wasn’t life changing for me. It did though leave my hair less frizzy and gave it a hydrated look. I think the price point on this product is a little high for what it is that’s why I would mark it down a star. I think other adorable options preform just as good or even better however I would mix this into one of my leave in conditioners just for the smell. They do have the “Gold Lust” hair oil and I’d consider trying that if the scent was anything like this product.

I would have given this product five stars if the smell of us didn't remind me of laundry soap. I think the packaging & the product itself is good quality. I attached before & after photos. Before photo I'm holding up my hair.. I used this product alone on dry hair. It worked fine, hair oils I own are more effective though in my opinion & smell better. I wouldn't repurchase personally but I will use this product until it's empty.

I have long hair that is great on the top near my scalp, but can get super brittle and dry at the ends. Originally, i thought this product would just make it easier to brush my hair after i wash it, which it did, but when i used it my hair became also became very soft! most products usually guarantee softness but this lasted until my next wash day (about 3/4 days) which was definitely a plus! it also served as a good base for before i blow dry my hair. however, i will say that if you use it too close to your scalp it can weigh down your hair and you loose some volume, which is why i’m giving this only four stars. also, i mainly used this product right after i washed my hair, so i’m not sure how it works on dry hair as it’s not part of my routine. TLDR: good at its job, makes hair soft, but weighs it down if you put too much near your scalp or in general.

This is a lovely light weight detangling spray. It is still moisturizing and adds shine without being heavy. It smells nice. It's a clean scent but not overwhelming. Comparing it to the several different versions of this kind of product that I have, It's very similar but has a better scent and I think it adds more shine. I will use the whole bottle and will consider trying more products from this brand.

i love this product already ! I naturally have super curly hair and always blow it out. This product not only made my hair super soft but also shiny after i put it in. You spray a little on your roots and brush it down until you reach your ends. The cuticle sealing formula benefits damaged hair caused by heat. Not only is the product amazing but also vegan, protects from UV exposure & much more!

I received this product for free to review. The packaging itself is elegant, from the bottle to the cap the details are beautiful. I have extensions so a detangler is a MUST after every shower. The smell is not overpowering, soft, floral like. After applying, brushing my hair was a breeze. Even more kudos given it is sulfate free and dermatologist tested. Overall, very satisfied!

I’ve been using a leave in conditioner from a competitor for a few years but this conditioning detangling primer from Oribe is absolutely something that I’ll be keeping in my hair routine. I’m so grateful to have been gifted this product as an incentive, it’s amazing as my color treated hair hasn’t been this soft in a long time. It’s easy to use and smells great.

I got this product from Influenster, and I took a couple days to try the product and see how really worked out in my hair. It’s okay, the texture is pretty lightweight which I liked but since my hair is oily I still can feel my hair a bit heavy after using it. Makes brushing the hair pretty easy. If you prefer not scented products this one is not for you!

i really liked this primer! i used it right out of the shower and notice how much easier it is to comb through my hair after spraying this. it smells SO good, very fresh and clean. i definitely feel a difference in the softness of my hair after using this product. i wish this did more for my frizz but otherwise i would recommend this!

I loved it so much! This detangler made my hair frizz-free and smooth! I have chronically frizzy hair and this is the first product that's actually helped me without making my hair super greasy! It also smells amazing, my partner cannot stop running his hands through my hair and telling me how soft it feels/good it smells!

The Oribe Run-Through Detangling Primer is a new staple in my hair care regimen. I received this product for free from Influenster and Oribe in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely love this product! It has a light fresh and clean scent. This detangling primer makes my hair feel sleek, and I am able to comb through it effortlessly. I love the fact that this primer protects my hair against heat and damage. My highly processed bleach blonde hair feels hydrated and healthy after using this product. I literally feel like I just left the salon, it made my hair so soft and pretty.

I was surprisingly happy with this product. Wasn’t unclear on if it should be applied on wet or dry hair so did on both. I think helped detangle, my hair was very smooth when I brushed it after spraying this in. Not sure if it really helps with UV protection but love the idea if it does!

This detangling primer smells amazing and works beautifully on curls! It didn't leave a residue or build up. It was light, but full when it came to use. It only took a few sprays to cover my girl's well covered head, I was surprised and she enjoyed how it felt and smelled.

I AM IN LOVED , my hair tips are dry due to bleaching and i have wavy frizzy hair that i play with and end up with the worst knots. After not brushing my hair for a week yes a week "working from home hell yall know how that goes!" Ok so i washed my hair follow directions and It literally glided through I was Amazed! I braided my hair the next day I woke up to this Amazing smell that hit me first thing in the Am lol sooo good my hair was bouncy , not tangle not frizzy most important it didn't leave residue or any type of build up hair felt soft and it looked way healthier then my hair actually is , I will def be buying more I want to try this longer, I wish I had gotten a bigger sample just to make sure i was not having a good hair day lol, I would def be adding it to my hair care products . First thing I noticed about this product was the incredible smell. And beautiful packaging. My son has long tight curls and this product did what it claimed! I moved through my sons huge curly Afro with much ease! Amazing product I highly recommended.

I wanted to put this thing to the test, so i waited until after my shower when my hair was wet and matted and this stuff made getting it untangled a breeze! It was painless and smells amazing! I will definitely be adding this to my list of must haves!

I was so surprised at how beautiful the packaging was and even more surprised at how good it made my hair look! I had just come back from a basketball game so my hair was sweaty and gross but after using it it made it look freshly cleaned!!

This detangler is great at what it does. It also smells great! I have long, thick curly hair and this detangler works great at getting through the knots in my hair. It leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth.

Washed my hair and sprayed it on as soon as I was done. I love the smell it’s wonderful and the fact that it’s a heat protector as well is AMAZING to me. Literally left my hair soft and feeling amazing.

I am so happy I splurged on this!! I’ve spent so much money searching for a detangler of this caliber; so many of them weighed my hair down and I’d have to saturate my “knotty” spots lol. So after reading about this product I went and purchased it - I did balk at the $37 price tag but figured I could return it if I didn’t like it. But I friggin LOVE it ❤️ I sprayed my damp hair and my brush glided through with no problem. Definitely shook! No pulling or having to apply massive amounts. And it has a nice light scent to it that transfers to your hair. So while it is pricey, I know I’ll be saving a little bit by not having to keep buying mediocre detanglers and only using 1/2 the bottle. Like Nike says… just do it!!

I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review (incentivized). I really love this spray! First of all, it smells SO NICE. I'm very sensitive to scented products and this didn't bother me at all. It's light, lively, and doesn't linger past the first day. It also does a good job of making tangles easier to slide a brush through. I used to have an existential crisis come wash day at the thought of brushing my hair. This product makes it much less painful and it leaves my hair smooth and tangle free until the next wash! I definitely recommend this product.
