This thing works as advertised, a small amount is all it takes - see hair in pic for a before and after effect. The smell is also acceptable.

wow!! let me say first I have never used detangler before and I just usually apply heat protection and frizz oil when I am done showering but after I used this product my hair game was changed!! this product makes your hair so smooth. Before my hair was always knotty and dry due to bleaching and now it’s so SMOOTH AND CLEAN!! did I forget to mention that the smell is amazing. it smells just like fruit loops! anyone who needs a good hair detangler should definitely buy this one. the only reason why it’s rated 4/5 stars is because of the price but this bottle should last a long time. It’s hard to believe that I used detangling spray as a kid daily but somehow as an adult I forgot it existed?! I used this spray after a shower, in which my hair is usually a knotted mess. Just a few sprays of this miracle product my hair was so easy to brush, smelled amazing and didn’t feel heavy. The best part? this product doubles as a heat protectant. Win win 🏆

I like that this product is lightweight and it has a pretty good smell. But I am disappointed that it did not seem to help detangle my hair. I have easily tangled wavy/curly long hair, and I always brush my hair well before getting in the shower so it will be easier to brush when it’s wet. I kept my same process, but sprayed this product over my hair before brushing after the shower, and there was no noticeable difference. I have continued to use it, but I have had the same results. It could be that this would be more effective on smoother, straighter hair. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is just an incredible product. I have very dry thick hair that is a virtual rat's nest after shampooing and wrapping in a towel. I get tired of standing in the shower, impatiently trying to comb through my hair with a wide toothed comb and conditioner to the point where I am constantly fighting the urge to cut it all off into an ultra short pixie (my husband would not approve :-( Today I misted this on my freshly washed hair (did not use conditioner) and my comb moved through my hair like a warm knife through butter. Just fantastic... I am in love! Pricey, but worth every penny. Now I can rid myself of the dozen bottles of detangler that haven't worked. Thank you Oribe!

This product makes my hair soft and helps comb through the tangles with ease! It is very lightweight and doesn’t weight my hair down. Beautiful packaging as well! Just wish the fragrance wasn’t super strong but that could be a pro for you!

I was chosen by Influenster to give my honest opinion about ORIBE run-through detangling primer. I like how the bottle is plastic and shiny...Only bad part is the cover broke when I opened it. You can spray this in your hair wet or dry. A little goes along ways! ORIBE run-throughdetangling primer made my hair feel smooth,silky and shiny. My hair feels so hydrated. I received this product free for testing purposes (*incentivized*) and I’m so glad I did! I have wavy/curly, thin, color treated, frizzy hair (and even though it’s thin I have a lot of it). I tried this product after I washed my hair and it acted wonderfully as a detangler- I brushed through it smoothly, with no problems. The mist is fine and did not weigh my hair down at all. It also has a very pleasant smell- it reminded me of Prada Luna Rossa (like a luxurious citrusy scent)- I really enjoyed it. The smell does not linger though, or maybe not on me since I layered it with a few other products. I really decided to put this product to the test and not wear my leave in conditioner to see how my hair would look with the product, and wow, I was pleasantly surprised. My hair feels soft, it’s not any more frizzy than when I use my leave in, and it looked great! Even my mom told me that my hair looked shiny today! She hasn’t told me that in YEARS! I will definitely continue to use this product and I recommend it. Especially if your hair is dull, damaged or frizz prone- I think this can really help with all of that!
