Run-Through Detangling Primer

I really like this product! The smell is citric but very light. The consistency is medium. I used it with humid hair, and after drying, and using the iron, my hair was very shiny!

I used it on my daughter's hair and it did not help me if it softens the hair and has a rich aroma but with tangled hair it is not very good I’m not sure if I will recommend it

Love the smell of this product! It has truly helped me get massive knots out of my hair. I expected the product to leave my hair softer than it did but overall a great product.

Gets the detangles out of my bleached blonde hair! Smells great, is very light! Works best when you blow dry to lock it in! Would use again and again!

I have thin/fine hair but a lot of it so I’m always worried about ripping it. This does wonders for that and smells amazing and makes my hair soft!!

I like this stuff, it smells good but left my hair a little frizzier than normal. Good consistency tho and easily went through my hair!!

I enjoy the smell of this product. It also leaves my hair feeling very silky. And it really works at getting the tangles out of my hair.

I usually use the drybar detangler but this was one so much easy to take out those stubborn knots and made my hair smell good all day!

After I use this, it makes my hair so soft it is smells so good the packaging love the packaging, it makes my hair so smooth!

I received this product for free from Influenster and Oribe in exchange for my honest review. I didn’t think I needed a detangler in my life but I was surprised how well this worked for that! I have thick, long-ish hair (shoulder blades) that is very straight naturally. I comb my hair first thing out of the shower so it’s easier to get the comb through (and I think it dries faster after it’s been combed). I applied the Oribe Run Through Detangling spray pretty generously and was surprised at how much easier it was to comb through my hair! It is lightly fragranced but that didn’t bother me and I didn’t feel like it stuck around once I finished styling. I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair once it’s dry since adding this product, but I feel like my hair was already well cared for product-wise so I’m not surprised by that. I deducted a star because I did find that adding this to my routine caused my hair to look greasier faster than normal (I needed dry shampoo on day 3 of my wash when normally I wouldn’t need it until day 4 or 5). For the price, how tangled my hair normally is out of the shower, and getting a little less longevity out of my washes, I don’t think I would repurchase this. If you are someone that struggles with tangled hair out of the shower and/or washes more regularly anyway, this is definitely something to check out!

This product does not work for my hair. I think it’s more tangled using it than it is without using it. Definitely disappointing spending the amount of money on this line. I was hoping for more

Not my favorite Oribe hair care product. I was anticipating better results with a detangling product, but found myself wanting to return it instead. I use both the Oribe signature shampoo and conditioner which leaves my medium length hair very difficult to comb through after showering. Was looking forward to using the Detangling product to help avoid breakage while combing out. I didn’t get those results with this item. I would have to saturate my hair with this spray to achieve better results which, I’m not a fan off. Especially given the price point.

My hair is color & chemical treated. It always gets frizzy, dry, rough & very hard to detangle every time I shampoo & blow dry. When I first got this product I was little skeptical because my hair gets oily & greasy over the time. But it proved me wrong. It gives me the perfect shine & makes my hair silky but most importantly it helps me to detangle the hair right after shower. I use this product from root to end of the hair and yes, several times a week. I would recommend to every women out there who have dry & frizzy hair. 10/10

This stuff smells AMAZING. I had no expectations so it was a pleasant surprise. I used this right after my shower and I already have pretty easy hair so I don’t know how much I can talk on it’s actual detangling. It felt good in my hair, similar to a leave in conditioner. I did notice that when it dried there was a mild residue. Now, my hair clings to products so it’s not uncommon for me. I did notice that my hair looked amazing in the morning (I shower at night) so I don’t know if I have this product to thank for that or not.

I love this detangler for my curls, however, the smell is strong and perfumy. Admittedly, after a while, the intensity backs off. I really wish Oribe would consider using lighter/cleaner scents and not make so many of their products with such intense scents. I have curly hair, I cannot even begin to use the curly hair line because of the heavy scent which triggers migraines. So many people have problems with scents, I do not understand why cosmetic companies don't offer lighter less intense frangrances in their products.

This is a great product if you’re looking for an upscale heat protectant + de tangling spray. You don’t need to spray too much and it does the job. It loses one star from me because it barely has any scent which I understand is awesome for those who are sensitive/allergic to fragrances but when it comes to leave in hair products I actually prefer those that leave the hair with a scent that’s not overpowering. I also feel that this product is easily dupable elsewhere, so I don’t feel like it is anything outstanding per say.

Ever since I moved from Santa Barbara (lots of moisture in the air/ sea level) to Colorado, my hair has looked like a static dry disaster no matter what I use. It’s been so annoying and depressing. I cannot believe this product!! It is amazingly light weight and is the only thing that has helped my static straight hair it doesn’t make my scalp oily at all. I’m shocked. It’s magic. I use a TEENY spritz on damp hair before blow drying. It leaves it silky and smooth. I have straight hair that is not thick or thin.
