Appliquer sur cheveux humides, des racines aux pointes. Peignez avec les doigts ou un peigne à dents larges. Peut également être utilisé sur cheveux secs pour réhydrater les boucles.

A staple for my curls!

This is a must-have for after the shower; whether you conditioned, deep conditioned or just did a water wash (where you don’t actually shampoo and/or condition your hair and instead just rinse it with water), this product is crucial to help de-frizz and shape the curls. As mentioned in other reviews, a little goes a long way, but ESPECIALLY if you’re following up with a silk cream, mouse or other finishing product. I must say…..I’m not the only one that noticed that strange wet dog smell that can come from the product :| especially noticeable if you apply on dry hands to dry hair, but is barely noticeable when applying wet. It’s the strangest most offputting thing and would love if that base note was replaced!

Not for fine curly hair

Product is really heavy and probably not good for fine curly hair. Plus Oribe doesn’t cover the shipping for returns. It cost me $10 to ship the item back to them. Considering I’ve spent a significant amount of money over the several years that I have been a loyal Oribe customer, you’d think the least they could do is cover the cost of shipping. I will never buy a product that I haven’t tried first and know it works for my hair type from Oribe online again.

After shampooing and conditioning, I scrunch my curls with a microfiber towel to get out as much moisture as possible. Then I add about a quarter sized dollop of this into my damp curls, gently comb through and scrunch before adding the Oribe curl gelee. I have soft, no frizz happy chemo curls after a brief stint with the diffuser. Lasts for 2-3 days without getting snarls or tangles.

Simply the Best

I enjoy the smell and the feel of this primer! I like that it detangles my curls because I swear they’re forever a tangled mess. As a migraine prone person, I feel it is important to say that this is highly fragranced in case any other migraine folks were curious. My hair feels hydrated and ready for styling after I use this. This stuff is so lovely. After I am out of the shower, I add it in before styling, or , more often- air dry and some mild styling. I can't think to improve this , its already perfect. Maybe more affordable? Lol. No, it's really worth the money tho. I mean, yes a priming detangler- there are lots of good ones out there, thats true. Still 5 stars tho, it's a delight to use

Works fine; doesn’t smell good

I alternate between this product and a different leave in conditioner by Olaplex. The olaplex is definitely more moisturizing but this does the trick. The odd thing is that this product is unscented but the resulting scent from the formulation is not my favorite. If used with other oribe products (shampoo, conditioner) the scent of those will shine through.

Disappointing Customer Service

I’ve loved Oribe for its quality and signature fragrance, but the priming lotion had an unpleasant smell unlike their usual scent. When I contacted customer service, they only offered a return—not a replacement—leaving me to repurchase the product myself. For such a premium brand, this was disappointing and not the level of service I expect.

Maybe improved if offered a larger quality for KINKY ladies because we have to put more on each kink to work it out so not to break off the hair mid shaft.
