This matte lotion gives my frizzy hair FLAWLESS finish. I’ve always struggled and products never helped with my whole head of hair- my hair dresser recommended this and I will never take it out of my hair routine. It’s so thin and doesn’t make my hair greasy at all.

I LOVE this hair product!!! First, it smells AMAZING!!
Second, I comb it through my wet hair, and my hair naturally tries with beautiful, defined beach waves. Note: my hair is naturally beach wavy, but this helps with definition and frizz.
Lastly, my hair usually never holds a curl from a curling iron. I have discovered the secret!! If I do this process above and dry my hair naturally with the Oribe Matte Waves Texture Lotion at night, and the next day I brush out my hair and curl it with a curling iron--THE CURLS LAST FOR DAYS!!!! I have never had this result, except for when doing this process. Highly recommend, worth the money, smells amazing, for beautiful beachy natural waves, or a curl that will stay!

This is one of the best leave in texturizes I've ever found. You can put it in your hair when it's damp and let it dry naturally or blow dry it, or put it in your hair dry. It gives my hair a lot of volume and curl, and it doesn't weigh it down. One of my favorite products. I have fine, wavy hair that goes curly in the humidity.

I just got this as a recommendation from a friend. I've used Oribe for the last 10 years and normally use a mousse, texturizing spray and hair spray. Using this mixed with a drop of the strengthening serum melts right into your hair. My hair is short so I don't need much or to blow dry for long. Just drying it without a brush left it thicker and with waves. Usually a mousse leaves me with some tighter curls but I liked this structured waves for a beachy look. Finished with some spray wax and I was good. Consider this for a quick no effort do!

I’m a hair texture junky and I love this product for giving the right amount of grip and separation while keeping my hair touchable. It says matte, but it doesn’t take away all the shine. I have medium length hair so I use about a quarter size amount (6-7 pumps) in damp hair before blow drying. You almost cannot use too much. I also usually prefer using this on dry hair as a finisher. I find using it this way just intensifies the texture. Has the standard Oribe scent which is heavenly. Expensive, but worth it.

I love this product and have been using it several years after recommendation from my stylist. Can use on damp hair to keep down frizz but retain textured curls/waves, or before blow drying to add some control and body or onto dry hair after rubbing a tiny dab on palms to control flyaways.

I got a sample size of this product awhile back and have tried so hard to make it last! I have naturally pretty wavy hair, but it dries so frizzy. I typically use this product when I don’t really want to style my hair too much. It tames the frizz and defines the natural wave without drying it out, which gives my hair a gorgeous beachy look. I 100% recommend this product to anyone who wants low maintenance waves that look effortless and summery!!

I just used Oribe Matte Waves Texture Lotion yesterday in 70% humidity and my curls are hooked! Immediately went to Sephora to get more. It isn't sticky but has great hold and kept the frizzies away all day. Woke this morning to find no matting or tangling and just a quick touch up and I'm ready to go. Smells fantastic!

Very good at creating texture and volume! Love that about the Product. Has a nice, pretty scent. The only thing I didn't like was it dried my hair out a bit. But, my hair tends to be on the dryer side anyway. I got around this by adding more of their products meant for moisture. Still,I love it!!

I love using this if I don't plan on actually doing my hair or applying any heat. I use it while my hair is still damp and let it air dry. It smells great and doesn't leave my hair stiff or hard like other products I've used. I'd definitely purchase again.

This is probably the best product I've used on my hair. It is so lightweight, and left my waves looking better than ever with no frizz. The smell is good as well which is important to me honestly it could probably smell bad and I would still use it.
