Hair Alchemy Resilience Shampoo

First off this packaging is beautiful and exudes luxury! The bottle itself has a beautiful logo and I love the fine detail of the bottle itself. The shampoo pour spout faces the back of the bottle so while you’re pouring you still get to look at the beauty the front has to offer. The smell is absolutely captivating and smells like a luxury hotel! The consistency of the shampoo is thick and lathers nicely. It made my hair feel super moisturized and clean. Didn’t leave any residue. Overall I’m so impressed and I’ll definitely be recommending this product!

This shampoo is supposed to help strengthen hair without drying or stripping your hair. My hair did not seem weak to begin with, but it also did not get any worse strength-wise while using this product. My hair did get extremely dry and frizzy while using this product, though. I have natural curls, and this shampoo just made my current hair issues worse. The scent is also waaaaay off, in my opinion. I could smell it before I opened the plastic shrink wrap around the box. It smells like the rich old lady who douses herself in the strongest perfume known to man. At over $50 for a bottle, I would not purchase this in the future.

First, I absolutely love the fragrance of these products! I used the shampoo for a full month before writing this review in order to give an honest opinion … and honestly this is the best shampoo I’ve ever tried. The fragrance is lovely…light and not overpowering. The shampoo lathered very well and rinsed clean without much effort. And the results!! My hair has never looked so strong and healthy! I went to the hairdresser after using the products for about 2 weeks and my stylist was blown away by the health of my hair, even though I highlight and color my hair and often use heat to style. The verdict: Oribe Resilience is a keeper!

I received this for free from Influenster for review. That being said, I do really love this shampoo! I have very thick Asian hair and I usually need to double shampoo for the product to suds up well and really feel like my hair is clean. With this product I only needed a quarter sized amount and my hair got super clean! I also really enjoyed the smell. It was kinda citrusy but also a little warm with vanilla. Also love the packaging, especially with the conditioner it’s so cute! My only critique would be for $52 it is a tad pricey for its size.

My hair was damaged from color and heat and I had already started trying to address the issues. My hair was very dry and I had a lot of split ends so I had started using this product along with the conditioner and leave in mask, as well as using castor oil in my hair 1x a week, and I have noticed less split ends and my hair seems overall healthier. It’s still a process so I’ll have to continue using this regimen to see if it fixes my hair but so far so good. The product is a bit expensive so I don’t know if I’d purchase once I run out. There is a very subtle floral scent that I enjoy but I would prefer a stronger scent in my hair.

LOVE! I have chemically treated hair (bleach blonde) and this shampoo makes my hair feel so soft omg! Usually after you rinse your shampoo, your hair feels kinda dry and ratty but this shampoo leaves my hair so soft!!! Love the clean smell! I have VERY thick hair and only need to use a small amount to have it lather even when my hair is really greasy greasy!!!! Super easy to hold in my hand which I love!!! Only downside is it’s a little pricey to buy in store but I’d say it’s worth it based off the fact you only use a small amount

I was really excited to see I was getting a chance to test this shampoo. I've always been interested in Oribe products because I've heard great things about it. The packaging is very nice, and modern. The bottles are heavy and don't feel cheaply made. The smell of this shampoo is amazing. It has a lighter scent than I am used to but that isn't a bad thing. It's fresh, floral, and a little bit sweet. The shampoo has a nice consistency and applies nicely to the hair. It lathers well once mixed with a small bit of water. But, since using this product and this is very unfortunate; I've been noticing a drastic loss of hair. At first it wasn't obvious. Just more hair collecting in my brush during brushing. And a little bit if tangling at the top of my scalp. Since using this product for over a month now, the loss of hair I've had is unbelievable. I've never lost this much hair before. It's thinner throughout my entire scalp but on the top of my crown is where the worst of it is. I almost have a bald spot. The worry of this had me so upset I cried a few times. I've had 2 doctors appointments. One with my endocrinologist and another with my dermatologist and they've both ordered bloodwork. I'm still waiting my results. The only other thing they said it could be outside of having a reaction to something I'm using or hormone change is stress related hair loss. However the stress I have in my life right now is actually less than I've had in several years. So I really don't know the cause. I did give this product 3 stars. Because of the above mentioned prior to the hair loss worry. And since I don't know 100% if this product is what caused it, I want to give an honest review. I wish I had more information. For now I've switched back to my Pureology.

I received this product for free for my honest review. I had high expectations for this shampoo! Alittle goes a long way when shampooing and it lathers sooo well. But it’s just not for me. I have oily, thick but fine textured hair and with my current hair routine I can go 3-4 days between washes. Sadly this shampoo only lasted two days between washes for me. Day 1 my hair looked absolutely amazing so I thought it might actually work for me. Day 2 my hair was flat and lifeless. It even began starting to show some “greasiness” with the use of dry shampoo. To me this shampoo would work for someone with dry/normal hair but definitely not someone with oily hair!

Truly felt like the packaging made it an experience. The first time I used this shampoo, I squeezed out a normal amount, lathered, and quickly found my hair enveloped in a huge puff of bubbles. A little bit goes a long way! I wasn't really sure if I would be that impressed with this. Typically shampoo is shampoo in my book. But I couldn't be happier with this product and the results. My hair is badly damaged from years of bleaching, and I just recently went back to my natural brown. This shampoo, in combination with the masque/conditioner has worked wonders on my hair in just a matter of days. My hair felt clean without being overly dried out. And it brought moisture back to my hair without weighing it down.

I waited a couple weeks to post a review since it was a new product to me. I love Oribe products so I had a feeling I would like this, but you never know. I have thick, box dyed, low porosity hair. It has left my hair so shiny, and clean feeling. I tend to get buildup easily, and don’t like super heavy hair products. This has left my hair clean, manageable, and it smells so good. I’ve noticed more shine to my hair and less breakage. I will absolutely repurchase this in the future.

I love all Oribe products. I was really excited to try this line because I have very long, coarse and thick hair. I like to keep it healthy but growing it out can be challenging when it comes to split ends and breakage. The shampoo and conditioner has the signature Oribe scent which smells amazing and I always get compliments on. It didn’t weigh down my hair but my hair felt adequately moisturized and silky. I gave it 4-5 stars because my holy grail is the gold lust line. I was gifted this to try out for free but will probably repurchase it to switch it up in between using my gold lust shampoo and conditioner.

I loved this product! I have a very sensitive scalp and have found that many shampoos that make my hair feel soft also make my scalp flake like crazy, this is one of the few that I have found that still makes my hair feel soft and doesn’t make my scalp itch (and it smells sooo good)! I workout 4-5 times a week and have straight hair that shows when it starts to get greasy, and am always on the hunt for a shampoo I can use multiple times a week, and I think this is a great option for that! It is a little but pricey but out of all the shampoos I’ve tried I would still consider repurchasing this once I run out.

I have been on a hair journey for 6+ months, trying to restore, regrow, and get my hair back to healthy. I religiously use Bondi Boost HG line and will now be adding Oribe Resilience shampoo and conditioner to the rotation. The shampoo makes my scalp feel clean but not dry and the conditioner makes my hair feel extremely smooth, I would rate the conditioner better than Bondi Boost HG conditioner and deep mask in terms of overall softness and smell. The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is probably the best I have smelled in a long while, smells fresh and citrus like. I would recommend adding this line to the rotation of your hair products. I love that it is sulfate free too.

I received This shampoo from influencer for free in exchange for my honest review.. So 1st off I wanna say I love the packaging I love the color yellow they chose for the packaging of the bottle. The shampoo itself definitely smells like a salon shampoo. The only thing I don't really like about the shampoo as it feels like it's stripping my hair.. I personally would recommend this to any one that has the money to afford this shampoo.

My hair is very very dry so I typically need a very moisturizing shampoo while still getting my scalp clean and free of buildup. I like a bit more of a lather - you really need to work this into your scalp with massaging motions to get this to lather a lot. This is great for daily use if you have normal to dry hair, but if your hair is extremely dry you may need more moisture. My hair did air dry beautifully after using this - my scalp looks clean and my strands feel clean too. Oribe products always have a luxurious scent, this one is no different. I love that the scent lasts in my hair all day. I usually don’t care too much about packaging but this looks beautiful in my bathroom.

I was SUPER excited to be sent this voxbox with these products! I love trying new products esp to see if they’re good for curly girls and something I could possibly add to my routine. This shampoo definitely was fantastic my hair felt SO strong, thick and soft after shampooing. I would but again ONLY if it wasn’t like a $52 shampoo it’s definitely not worth that but IS a great shampoo especially for anyone with damaged hair, etc.

This shampoo smells amazing and the packaging is unreal!!! This is excellent daily for those with oily or fine hair, but it does feel way more rich than most other shampoos. It definitely makes hair soft, but I noticed with my fine hair that my hair is a bit weighed down after using it and I need to shower a day earlier than normal. Overall, I really like it, but I feel it’s more suitable for the normal or dry hair humans!
